Below, you can easily see all of our delivery time frames available for each country. We will keep you up to date with any new shipping services we introduce and/or change at any time:
US - $6 USD - 3-5 business days + 7-10 days processing
CA - from $25 USD - 5-10 business days + 7-10 days processing
Please Note: The shipping time for your package is in addition to the processing time in our warehouses. We process orders as quickly as we can and keep you posted along the way. Check your email for updates.
ONLYBONITA is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
We know you want your products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 7-10 days after the order is placed. Orders are processed 7 days a week, but they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday.
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is FREE if you spend $50 or more and $6 if you spend under $50. For all other orders or locations, please go to the CART and enter your details for an accurate real time shipping quote.
Please note for orders outside of Contiguous US, Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $50 USD. If the shipping cost hasn’t been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $50 minimum.
Don’t worry -- that’s totally normal! Occasionally there will be delays in shipping and the tracking link emailed to you will not work immediately, please try the tracking number 24-72 hours after email receipt. If your package hasn’t moved in 7 days, contact us and we can help locate your package!
Send an email to office@onlybonita.com right away. We will do our best to update the address before your order leaves our warehouse. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!
No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
After every order, we will send out tracking updates as soon as your order ships to make sure you receive updates along the way.
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal, Apple Pay.
Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, please select the PayPal option.
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!
From our experience, checkout issues are typically related to the web browser being used. So if you’re having some technical difficulties, the first step is to upgrade to the latest version of one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari. If you’re still having issues after using a different browser and upgrading to the latest version, please try an alternative payment method or email our Customer Support team by clicking HERE and one of our advisors will help you further.
We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.
Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
Yes! Please email our Customer Support team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address. :)
Once you have placed an order with us our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments. But do not worry! You are more than welcome to return the package to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund.
When the package arrives, please either reject the package, or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us free of charge.

We stand behind our products, so returns and exchanges are always free for U.S. orders! If you don't love it, exchanges and returns are free for 30 days. We simply ask that you keep original tags on the products in order to qualify for exchanges or returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@onlybonita.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
